When a desk is already occupied, compare the new worker with the one they replace. The improvement is the difference between their rates.
An extra occupied desk adds a worker’s full income. A replacement adds only the increase. Keep the rate units and boosts the same.

Are there working Steal an Employee codes?
No redeemable code string appears in the official description inspected on September 21, 2026. That is a source check, not proof that every current game menu has been tested. Check announcements through the official game and Build a Crew community.
Which employee rarity is best?
The official description names Legendary, Secret, Mythic and Divine employees, but does not publish a complete order or drop chances. Compare the income your employee actually reveals; do not rely on a made-up tier multiplier.
Does the office earn while I am offline?
The official description advertises offline earnings collected from your vault. Check the vault when you return. The available sources do not establish an exact rate or cap, so the calculator estimates active earning time only.
Should I buy speed or expand my office?
If the boss catches you, improve speed. If a good hire has no usable desk, solve capacity. If your office is full of weak earners, compare a stronger hire with the lowest income already seated.
